Not looking for medical advise but wondering if anyone has any ideas.

I seem to get cramp behind my knee or both sometimes and also happens in the evenings or sometimes the afternoon. I think it might be restless legs myself but not sure. I play Golf the odd weekend and football apart from that i get no exercise.

Does anyone else suffer from this and have any advice on what i can do to stop this, its annoying and causes discomfort all the time.

It could be anything, acute trauma, chronic trauma, artritis etc.

Anmy ideas that somebody else has, or the causes for their pain are completely useless to you. They could even make it worse.
    See a doctor.

And asking how to stop it is looking for medical advice.
