    Why are Crunch constantly looking for new fitness instructors in all their gyms? It's constantly being advertised. Just wondering if anyone has any insight...

    The industry in general would always appear to have a high turnover of staff.
    Fitness Instructior is not exactly a life long career.
    Very low paid, unchallenging job, without permanency or pension. People will continue to upskill, retrain and move on.

    Moving on to do what? Personal Training?? Specialised Bootcamps?

    Maybe some stay in the industry but it would be a minimum in fairness.
    It's not all that different to working in a fast food chain.
    Late teens - early twenties doing a job for booze money and waiting for something better to come along.
