    Hi All,

Not sure if this is the correct place but I'm wondering if anyone can advise me on something.

Within the last few months my GP has diagnosed me with Malabsorption. This is a recent development in an 18-24 month on/off cycle of IBS.

My diet is pretty healthy but I have been attempting to supplement it for a number of reasons with multi-vitamins, B Complex and a Hair, Skin & Nail supplement.

Just wondering if anyone knows if I'm wasting my time if there is an issue with Malabsorption or if anyone has similar experiences/advice?

I would recommend cutting out any gut irritants e.g. wheat/grain based products and taking a digestive enzyme with all meals (2-3 tabs with large meals and 1 with small ones).

I would also take some probiotics also for rebuilding good gut bacteria which can be lacking if you suffer from IBS

Obviously manage stress properly and makes sure you are getting enough sleep
