Manoeuvres Under Power

Hey, I recently got my Day Skipper, but I'd like to do a bit more work on my manoeuvres under power because a lot of my past sailing has just been in dinghies. Can anyone recommend anyone on the East Coast or Shannon that has a decent sized yacht with a steering wheel that might be able to help me out? Cheers!
