Not sure who said this, one of my friends told me about it:

    A woman has amazing strengths.
She can handle trouble and carry heavy burdens.
She holds happiness, love and opinions.
She smiles when she feels like screaming.
She sings when she feels like crying.
She cries when she's happy and laughs when she's afraid.
    Her love is unconditional.

There's only one thing wrong with her - she sometimes forgets what she's worth.

Well, in a similar vein ... it's not specifically for women (although the cake and martini could indicate leaning :)) and I've no idea who wrote it but I love it:

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid sideways into home base, chunk of chocolate cake in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO!!! What a ride!!!

    Well spotted Ickle!
