I have heard many many tales and conflicting arguments about bread and I would really like to know some cold hard facts and really - which is the best one for you in general.

I like to eat as well as I can and would like to ensure I am making the best choices when it comes to handy work lunches. (Something that can be made in 5 minutes with my eyes half open)

So is wholegrain bread the way to go, is homemade brown bread better, how bad is white bread really and please tell me McCambridges sliced soda bread is a superfood as I love it!
