ive to get prices for my work who have a small gym in place. just to get equipment into it, came across this bench but it doesnt have much detail on it.. but am a plank too.. just dont want to get the wrong things
we have a selection of free weights and olympic bar and plates but using a squat rack and argos bench as the bench and holder and its narrow so peoples hands clip off it when replacing the bar.
    thinking of getting this

    http://www.irish-lifting.com/mega-bench-pe-176.html

and a fully inclining bench to do shoulder DB exercises and free weights. ect..

anyone any suggestions on where to shop

    thanks in advance

THat bench goes from 0 to 90 degrees it says, that's flat/parallel to the ground, to straight up.

    just on there site now.
the lads in work are hoping to the the bench with the high stands on the back ... not like the normal one,s from argos or the one on vj,s site... its almost like returning the bar into a lego mans hand..
