Hey Just wondering are there tv's in the apartments or does someone have to bring one of their own from home?

No you have to bring your own tv, unless one of your housemates bring one and pay a license also.

I only put 'atleast one other first year' when I filled out an application and now I wish I said all first years, OH WELL. One of my best friends is in block A1, ye might be close Yep, we can stay there Sunday..

first year in Secondary school every one just sticks with people they know from Primary school.

I know already I'm in with second years, cause I got in by cancellation just 2 weeks ago.. and I don't think 2nd years will be there orientation week..So I'll be all on my own... Everyone is free to come visit me *coughpleasevisit*

oh thats allright!! Because i called them just to confirm if they got my deposit and the rent and the guy didnt seem to know anything else other than that i suppose ill just find out on sunday! :P i really do hope though I have another first year living with me!

Daam I'm in A2 not A1:/ I'm sure ALL the second years wont hate us haha..

In A2. I was up there today having a look. The apartments seem nice. They're doing maintenance on them at the moment - painting etc.
I was shown the Show Apartment, which happened to be in A2 just downstairs from mine.
We can move in on the 18th, but you have to collect the key between 10am and 4pm - different times during the week.

ohh cool i'm in apartment 6 hope that's the show apartment haha least i'm not the only first year in the block anyway! they didn't tell you who you were going to be with no?

A2 - 6 was the Show Apartment, yes!

I rang them to find out when I could move in, and they told me I'm in with all 1st years

Looks like a nice place. It's only about two minutes walk from DCU aswell. The Spar at the front seems to have everything you'd need, and the Omni Centre couldn't be more than 10 mins walk down the road. It's a big enough shopping centre.
