Hey, this might be a tad OCD but anyway, here goes.

I started taking these Dioralyte sachets after I began experiencing migraine headaches post- exercise. I did a bit of reading about it and apparently it's from the loss of electrolytes through sweat. The symptoms described here http://ehealthforum.com/health/topic111452.html are exactly the same as mine. Anyway it was recommended to take these electrolyte replacement sachets. Am I right in thinking there's about 12kcals per sachet?
All the info about them can be found here

    http://www.medicines.ie/medicine/3446/SPC/Dioralyte/

these are the ingredients as listed but there is no info about the kcals.
    Each sachet contains:

    Sodium Chloride 0.47g
    Potassium Chloride 0.30g
    Glucose 3.56g
    Disodium Hydrogen Citrate 0.53g
    Excipients:
Dioralyte Citrus: Also includes sulphur dioxide (E220)

    Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds about right. The glucose would be the main contributor to the calorie count.

These 3 can be be got in most supermarkets. LoLo salt is a combination of the first 2, then glucose in the babyfood or baking section.

Sulphur dioxide is just an additive, the other Disodium Hydrogen Citrate is just another salt like the first 2.

There are lots of recipes online for making your own electrolyte drinks.
