I have a bad back after a fall and use to be very active for the last year I haven't been able to go the gym or do any exercise but have found swimming helps and have just take up pilates. It is not as sore as it was a year ago and have found myself wondering if I could take up Boxercise but don't really know much about it. does it entail a lot of running or skipping?

    Thanks.

I do boxercise twice a week in my leisure centre the class I do is usually a warm up with some aerobic exercises and punching then we partner off one with gloves one with pads we do have to box in various ways for 20 seconds then sprint length of the fitness studio we do this non stop for 12 mins then some more of the same but add 20 jump jacks or burpees with each sprint. I love it, its a great wotkout but fun too.
