upc recordings

i have a tv show series linked on the upc box but it never records the whole episode just watching somethin i recorded just now and it cut off before the episode ended. it happens on everythin else i recorded too why does this happen???:(

If you go to settings you can get it to add extra minutes at the end of the recording.
