Fitness classes in Carlow

Hi, Anyone know of any fitness classes in Carlow that are pay as you go. For example; aerobics, pilates, aqua aerobics, boxercise, spinning, etc. I know most hotel gyms provide classes for members only, but can't afford to join a gym at the mo. Thanks in advance :)

Sorry only saw this now.
There's a pilates class in Shamrock Plaza that's pay as you go. They've just finished their first block, but are starting back again this thurs (24th Nov) at 7.
