Was training in soccer on wendsday and during a sprint for a ball felt a pain in the back of my upper leg, i was told i could jog of a hamstring injury so went to training again and doing a 5metre pass i felt a sharp pain in the same are of my leg, just wondering is this what would happen in the case of a hamstring injury, if it is how would i go about treating it, ive had problems with my groin and knees before but never hamstring any advice appreciated

    before this gets locked
1-never ever take a chance with a hamstring, an ex pro footballer told me that his kept going and when I seen him playing again he was never a quick as he was pre injury

    2-go to a physio

Go to a physio OP, we cannot give medical advice as per fprum charter and are internet strangers really the ones to be taking advice from?
