    Anybody use this, do you find it hard/expensive to get use the fooda listed? it looks good but some of the meals generated are a little mish mash

    yeah it's very weirdly put together, i just use it to see how much of each food i need per day, i don't actually follow their meal plan.

    thats what i thought, i mean who has pasta, plain yoghurt and chicken for breakfast?? i could try and follow the meal plans would certainly make life slightly easier

    just saw the nutrient settings and the extended foods menu once you fiddle with that its not that bad, now to figure out the prep and tupperware arrangements!!

    Dude that has created this posts on tnation. He has a thread about it and mentions future updates
    I just uploaded another update to the site, lemme know what you guys think.

    In the next few weeks I'm gonna finish incorporating the rest of the USDA food database and have user accounts set up. Soon after that I'm hoping to have it set up so you can generate a grocery list from a handful of saved diets. I'll post about it here when I update, so check back every now and then!
