    Hi, today in our first class meeting we were told by Jim O'Dwyer "We've no classes on monday" and for our first monday im not sure if we are supposed to come in what so ever, who would I contact to find out more about this.

    Mondays timetable;

    11:00 - Web Dev Fundamentals. (LAB) A Computing 1 IT1.2 (wk2sep12-wkDec5)


    16.00 Networking Fundamentals. (LAB) Polley, Denis C136 (wkSep12-wkDec5)

    Hey Dave,
    Usually labs in the first week won't happen for first years because youth CIT username and password has not been set up yet, which means you cant use the computers.
    At least thats what happened with me.
    Your lectures will still go ahead.

    Thanks, you were right. But we got a text message from a certain lecturer telling us what group we were in and we had our first class (A lab) at 11 on Monday - so we all showed up.

    40 give or take, two classes A & B. We have been told the whole general "50% will drop out" thing though.
