Hey, Was given a tub of Protein from a friend who got it off his gym's personal trainer. Its called "Alpha Whey" and is apparently produced in Ireland by AM Nutritions based in Sligo. Just wondering if the brand is reputable or if anyones used it before because I can't find anything about it on the net. Cheers.
