I concur, but why a thread in AH? I assume you just had the Abrakebabra 5euro deal?

You can get deep fried doner kebabs in glasgow.

    Supposedly 5000 calories or so.

Buy 2 and get a defibrillator free

I always loved a good doner but lately I've got into gyros. Think doner but without the red sauce and tsatziki instead, gorgeous.

That doesn't stop it being really tasty. Istanbul is better in Cork, but Abrakebabra is perfect when I'm hammered.

Don't think I've ever had one sober

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Been years since I've had an Abrakebara Kebab. When I lived in town I'd have one almost daily. Broke my heart leavin that place behind :(

For some reason you have to use a fork whilst sober but not when drunk.

Anyway doner kebab and garlic cheese chips is the finest meal of all time.

Good kebabs in Germany from the Turkish folk.

The Turks are the king of kebabs. Best one I ever had was from a small side street takeaway in Lyon.

Abrakebabra have the ability to turn the most disgusting thing into a delicacy though. When eating their taco fries its mouth wateringly good but the second your finished you cant believe you just ate that pile of shíte and whats left in the box floating in the grease is enough to coax the rest of it back up for a second appearance. Its great :D

Have you ever had a proper kebab? You mustn't have if you think that.

A kebab shop near my uni lobs a fried egg onto any doner meat and chips meal bought after the clubs chuck out for free. However when I'm there I'm not usually sober enough to remember to question them on why they do this.

I think this is the rightest anyone has ever been. I moved to cork and the first thing I do on the odd occasion I get back to Tralee is head for a Donner kebab, in fairness all their food is lovely.

Ireland doesn't do kebabs, they're actually quite pathetic over here. The best kebab I ever had was from a Turkish kebab shop just of the Holloway Road in London.

You can't beat a nice Doner from Kebab Palace in Drogheda.

    Even sober they are lovely.

The place in Urlingford, The Wishing Well I think?? God they did fantastic kebabs. I must call in there again some day when I get back to work. It was just the thing to keep a fella going when working nights, bloody glad I was travelling on my own though, definitely not the food to be eating with anyone in the passenger seat... I was often almost afraid to light a smoke after one.......

Kebabs in Paris are all lovely and massive.
Beer helps. The alcohol will kill any Ebola virus.

The kebab shop in Ballyshannon in Donegal does a serious doner kebab, with the proper thick wrap and sauce so hot it would burn the hole off a sudocreme statue.

And the turks in Holland/All around europe are the kings of the kebab.
