A TWISTED brother and sister are facing jail after they were spotted having sex in a train station lift.

Richard Finlayson, 21, and sibling Kirsty, 18, romped in the elevator as they were filmed by CCTV cameras.

The shocking 15-minute clip showed them exiting the lift — only to return a short time later to have sex AGAIN.

And as they left for a second time Richard gave Kirsty a £20 note.

The depraved pair were later arrested by police after a railway worker at Motherwell Station raised the alarm.

Last night a family friend said the revelations had left the pair's family "destroyed".

Is sex in public actually enough to be put on the sex offenders list?

I assume incest is frowned upon and taboo, but not illegal?

I'm pretty sure it's illegal, but they should both definitely be put on the sex offenders list. He most likely was put on it for soliciting prostitution from his Sister, he gave her twenty quid for it.

It's illegal, and carries a max sentence of 14 years.

And you can only be a sex offender if you have a penis.. everyone knows that :pac:

Nope not trolling, and i'm well aware of the genetic problems a child born from an incestuous relationship can have. But they didn't have a baby together. If they did it would be a different matter entirely.

As far as I can tell from the story it was just 2 adults who wanted to have sex together. They weren't in a relationship together. They weren't trying for a baby. No one was harmed, so I don't see the point of the prosecution.
