I'm having a problem with the registration thing online. It keeps going back to Step 4 telling me to fill out my details again or update it even though I already have the correct details on it. Anyone else experiencing this? .. -.-

Is it possible for you to try in a different browser.

Can you try it in Firefox or Internet Explorer. I can't see why the number would be an issue but if you are still having problems you could enter a relatives landline number.

It's more so the https that is the matter as it is only listening on the secure connection on the DCU end. I just said to include the www as that is the URL they have in their ssl cert.

Yeah, I've tried using internet explorer actually. It keeps doing the same thing, I've emailed the registry so hopefully I'll get a reply soon enough. :pac:

That's probably the best thing to do. I just said to give the other browsers a shot as sometimes there can be compatibility issues.

I think it says on the form that it's most compatible with IE, could be an older version that may be causing the problems?

Browser shouldn't really matter though, most web applications are tested for cross-browser compatibility. I know the system in use is developed by ITS and most likely was built for IE.

I haven't paid, which I was concerned about so I rang Finance, they said I was registered and you don't have to pay until the 30th of September :)

Even though I'm not a guy, I'll give this a shot. I took it as where you're staying while in college

No I was talking about a monthly ticket or something like that. Commuting is going to be terrible.

For trains I'd say check out the Irish Rail website, I think it's irishrail.ie? For buses, Dublin Bus if they extend out as far as Celbridge, or buseireann.ie for Bus Eireann buses. I'm sure they'll have informations somewhere
