    Guys,

I'm not trying to start a WW vs other methods of weightloss argument(has been done before;)).

I'm just looking for some advise:

a collegue in work emailed me an aricle from the times which had links to websites that aid in weightloss and tracking food-intake.

Now I've been tracking food at on the WW system(at home, created a xls for it, I dont go to meetings) for 6months now and along with regular excersise(cycling/running) I've gone from 17st3 to 13st13.75(so far).

I pointed my entire food intake for today on WW and came up with 37PP out of my 42PP allowance or about 88% of my daily allowance.

as you can tell from the attachement, on 'sparkpeople.com', todays food comes to 2121Cals out of an allowance of 2270Cals or 93% of my daily allowance. I know the difference is only 5%, but 5% every day could make a huge difference over the year.

Should I look a using my entire allowance of Cals, Carbs, Fat and Protein or is my aim to stay below all of them?

Any help, tips would be immensly appreciated.

PS: I know the data for today looks poor from a veg pt of view ... have a cold and feeling a little of so going with a low prep dinner:rolleyes:

    Thanks
