Hi looking for some advice please :)

I had a baby 5 months ago and want to get back into a proper exercise regime. I had a section so have been careful about returning to it too quickly but now feel ready and joined my local gym today.

I ran, did yoga and weights up until my pregnancy. Other than a pilates class and walking I didnt do much during my pregnancy so feel very unfit. My bmi is now 30 :eek: so have a lot of work to do! Nutrition wise Ive been following weight watchers since my 6 weeks check up and have lost just under a stone.

So Im looking for advice on how to ease myself back gently :) Should I look for a weights programme or build up my stamina on a cross trainer?

    Thanks in advance
