Wouldn't ask but I'm stuck and I've found nothing with google searches and the Apple site. Been searching for a solution for a few weeks now

I've a bluetook keyboard, about six months old and works fine

Except none of my numbers work which is a pain having to type every number out

There is no number lock on this keyboard. I've tried looking for shortcuts to one but can't find it
Have I activated num lock? I want to turn it off :(

So when you press the number 1 through 0 you get the !@&* etc ? or do you mean the F keys ? What happens if you hold down the Shift key while pressing the numbers ?

Press any number and I get nothing

Same when I press shift, I can't get the dollar or pound sign for example

Just get no response at all

Assuming the keyboard hasn't been damaged by a spill perhaps re-pairing it with the computer might work ? Have you tried this ?

Also try SHIFT+F1 - this combination turns full keyboard access on/off. It's a long shot I know :)

Disconnecting and pairing was the first thing I tried

Anytime I call IT in work it's "turn it off and turn it on again" :pac:

Thanks for replies but I don't have F1, how do you get that?
    There's a pic above :)

I can't see the picture just a ? where it should be. If it's one of these then the F keys are along the top row above the number keys. By default they control Volume, brightness etc. I think the "fn" key alternates their use ?
