There is a house currently on sale in Cluain Si that we are looking at. Does anyone know anything about that estate?

I am new here,
Planning to move to Carrick on Shannon
I found a nice looking house for renting in Oaklands.
All houses look same but the aria seems to be OK
It looks a bit isolated and not very livable
One of the houses near by is broken looks abandoned.
If here is someone local or living longer in Carrick,
please give me some information about that location
