Vat credit on UPC bill

    I have Triple play: fiber ultimate Digimax and anytime world for the past six months. A bit of a delay getting the installation and the OH peeved that we lost some channels.

    Anyway I noticed on all my bills that I have been charged VAT @ 21% on the Anytime world usage but when the credit is applied the VAT component is not credited. It is credited for the local and national calls.

    This is only a few €s each mount but can soon add up if we use the Anytime world a lot.

    I have sent CS an email to query this but was wondering if any other boards members have the same on their bills
