    Hi, I was wondering if you could give me some advice on weight loss?

    Details

    Female
    36
    Vegetarian
    run about 15/20km a week
    Rare drink alcohol or coffee


    Trying to shift weight around my waist - not happening.

    My food for this week was

    Monday:
    Breakfast - Bowl of All Bran (dont even suggest poridge or the likes - my gag reflex kicks in at the thoughts of them)

    Lunch:
    Homemade soup (Lentils, carrots, onions, potato, garlic, peas, cabbage, tin of tomatoes and Stock)
    2 slices of homemade brown bread (no butter)

    Dinner:
    Bowl of Brown rice, sweetcorn, peas and soy sauce

    Tuesday:
    Breakfast and lunch the same

    Dinner: rocket, pine nuts, avacado, goats cheese, black olives, homemade mustard dressing

    Wednesday:
    breakfast same as above

    Lunch:
    Egg mayo sandwiche from home and apple juice

    Dinner:
    Omlette with mushrooms, cheese, onion and sweetcorm

    I drink around 3 litres of water a day.


    coming into the winter, i would be having stews, spag bol, etc.

    any advice would be great
