    So.......
I was tempted to by a recovery shake so was in a local health shop and the sales-man hussled me into buyin a large tub of Nutrition X - MRM, haha I'd never taking a recovery shake before but have been training very intensely with pre-season rugby so had a few aches nd pains haha I did a spinning class yesterday morning (my first ever!) which I absolutely loved! and then later that evening I played an hour nd a bit of indoor footy with some friends, I took a shake after each but I was expecting to be in absolute bits this morning when I woke up by i was fine!!! Has any one else used Nutrition X? Is it really that good or a once off fluke ha? I take protein shakes regular and was thinking of converting to theres as well! has any one used these? are they any good? Any comments/ advise will be greatly appreciated! cheers :)

I think that's the brand that Munster uses; Mass X, Nutrition X etc.

Yep its what Munster use alright, Also Liverpool, Man City, Everton, Bradford Bulls, Northampton etc etc as well as many top athletes in Ireland and UK. I've used it myself for years, Its a great line of products , they put a lot of research into each products they release and its an Irish Company too, run by two guys with a real passion for what they do. so ya can't go wrong!
