    Randomly came across this and it looks like a cool bit of kit. Sort of a hybrid between a foam roller and "the stick"

    Dog toys or tennis balls and an old football sock.

    Insert required amount of balls into sock, (the tennis balls, this is not a Red Hot Chilli Peppers photoshoot).

    Tie the end.

    I think it looks great, all the balls can move freely, it looks like the duo could do a better job than 2 balls taped together up along the spine.
