Did you make them yourself? or were they processed?

Moving to your own thread - nutrition 101 is a thread to designed to read and contribute about nutrition in general and not your own diet. You will get more traffic and a better response with your own thread.

I'm guessing processed so they wouldn't be very healthy imo

Chicken breast with garlic butter, and baked potatoes would be a better option

More than likely too much salt and additives in both, probably* high fat content as well.

I know its probably a time issue but Kievs are dead easy to make and 100 times tastier/healthier.. especially when you know whats in them.

Crocketts the same(although I never make them)

    Check the interweb for recipee's

    Good luck man

A good rule of thumb: wholesome, healthy food should be things that are ingredients, not things that have ingredients :)

I've been having rainbow trout cooked in kerrygold butter with one sweet potatoe and mixed veg of brocolli, carrots and cauliflower. It's delicious, filling and about as healthy as you can get for dinner. Try it.
