Gym equipment - what's the name of this machine?

Thanks to some great advice I got here the last time I posted I am back in the gym for the last month or so and enjoying myself. I am making sure to vary my routine and for the first time I'm doing free weights and I can already see a huge difference in my arm definition.

So as I'm looking to vary my routine as much as possible, I took a walk around my gym and came across this machine, which looks very similar to a cross trainer, except it has no arms, just bars to hold on to across the front. I tried it out and it's angled differently too - the feet are higher and it moves much faster. I think it said something like 'cross sprint' or something on the description. It looks much more hard core than a regular cross trainer.

Any idea what this machine actually is and would it be a good addition to my routine?

Edit, I should also point out that I've tried to google this, look for an image etc and I can't seem to find it.

Just guessing here, but it's not a Cross Ramp is it?

It's like a cross-trainer but you can adjust the settings to change the steepness of the 'ramp', which works different parts of the legs.

Yes that looks like it! It's like the cross trainer on speed - way faster and harder. Thanks!

Would this be a good machine to add in to my routine?

If you enjoy using it then it would be a good exercise to add to your routine but will it burn any more calories than any other machine no, its all down to the effort you put in.
