    Hi there,

Currently weighing in around 70kg 5'9" I'm pretty happy with my weight and body tone. I workout in the gym 5 days a week lifting weights and keep a very good routine and excercise plan, its one of my favourite things to do. I dont look at the gym as a " I must loose weight and get fit" I really love it. I'm happy with my muscle definition so far and hope to gain a little more. The only problem or thing that is confusing me is the amount I am finding my self eating everyday but yet not gaining weight of getting fat. (Almost like my bodies cheating?)

I use to weight just over 100kg and managed to drop that to 70kg a year ago through a complete life change. Since then I have since remained around 70kg regardless how much I eat (good I supose) It is like my bodies metabolism just munches everything I eat now and I almost feel like I'm cheating some how being able to constantly eat and not put on weight like I use to. I stick to a pretty high protein intake and less sugary carbs and don't really eat bread or potatoes a whole lot but do try to consume anywhere between 2500-3000cal a day usually consisting of ~160g Protein in there through eggs, whey protein, A LOT of chicken/steak/Lean Mince, cottage cheese.

I guess from the minute I wake up to going to bed I'm nearly always hungry and food is always on the mind. I'm always a little nervous coming from the weight I use to be, about gaining that weight again but I guess I'm just a little curious if its normal for my body to be craving for food always while working out pretty hard 5/6days a week weight lifting. Anybody else experience this?
