Gyms - Blackrock

    I'm moving to Blackrock next week and do any of you know any reputable gyms there. i dont have a car, so i'm really looking for something in the vicinity of the village

    There's not really any 'regular' gyms in the village. There is an Educo gym in the village and also a CrossFit in the industrial estate. Both of these are quite pricey, I think. There is the gym in Monkstown (I think, they do pay per visit as well as subscription) and there is also Crunch Fitness in UCD.

    Ironside's worth a look - not too far from the village as far as I know?

    Second this. Ironside shaping up to be one of the best strength and conditioning facilities in the country.

    OP, what are you after in a gym? This would help people direct you better!

    looking for a reputable gym, similar to raw near ranelagh, where i'm traning at the minute.
    plenty of free weights, not fussed on cardio as i tend to do alot of road running. i'm looking to mainly work on building muscle and strength
