Ok, So I been on warrior since last sunday.

Feeling great. Feeling very energetic, happy, fitter faster and stronger.

A very mental attitude towards this lifestyle is needed, IMHO.

I am curious if anyone else has been running it, with any luck.

Alot of forums online, but im curious about people here in Ireland.

    My stomach has deflated comletely.

I am training with dropsets, running and dumbell work (have no kettlebells).

Any one interested that doesnt know about this lifestyle can email the ebook. But I Would love to network and have others who are doing this.

Ok guys, so today is the start of my warrior diet.
I am new to the site and I am looking forward to reading alot of the forum posts.

I am about half way through the warrior diet book and it is fantastic.

Unfortunatly I started a little hung over today. I drank last night for the first time in 7 weeks so feeling week and just not great today.

On the under eating today I just nibbled a tiny few nuts and some berries. Nothing of any significance.

I am looking forward to over eating tonight.

I have a good appetite and I am hoping to eat solid for about 2-3 hours.

Salad made of lettuce, pickles, chopped nuts, cheese, tomato,3 spoons olive oil

Squash and red pepper soup with shredded chicken thigh and leg

Fillet steak, mushrooms, onions, garlic, quinoa (or some similar carb)

    Keto cheese cake

    Chocolate mint whey before bed

I am hoping this will go well.

I dont have alot of fat, but I am using the warrior diet more for energy and hormonal balance, and not having to be eating microwaved dinners in work. and not having to always be preparing food. feel the freedom today already was great.

    Any comment, ideas, critique welcome.

I train with dropsets and dumbbell cleans for cardio ( we have no kettlebells).
I do a bit of running and cycling in the gym also.

Every mornig I take a teaspoon mixture of glutamine, bcaa, creatine and a spoon of husks for fibre and a multi vit or vit c.

All in all I am happy with that. I drink a good bit of black coffee and tea and ginger honey teas and so on. Lots of water.

    Today is going great.

I had nice steady energy all day in work, no bloating, no low points.
My mood has been fantastic, my thoughts are good.

My gym session went well, tho once I got a big pump on arms my energy dropped.
I was looking forward to my meals all day which is good. I had become depressed with cooking for 6 meals a day and eating the microwaved rubbish.

    My food today

    Whey in water for breakfast
    some rasberries mid morning
    Nuts mid afternoon

    gym

    Feast time
Large lettuce avocado and tomato salad with cheese and nuts and 3 spoons of olive oil
Brocolli, cauliflour, carrot and pea soup with crumpled melba toast
Mini crispi chicken curry with onion (made with hot powder and greek yogurt)
    Fillet steak with cos cos
    protein cheese cake dessert
    whey shake for last part

All in all I have no problem getting the food down. My appetite is massive today.

I slept so much last night. 1030 pm to 0730 am. Unbelievable like.

Only think I noticed today was I was going through spells of extreme sweating to kinda cold.

Today was another good day. I was sloghtly hungry but that is understandable.

    I had as follows

    Whey (am)
    Berries (am)
    Nuts (pm)

    Gym

    Salad
    Veg soup with cream
2 x 12" rolls with chicken thigh and leg meat with cherrizo onions musrooms garlic chilli cream and stock
    10 mini chinese spring rolls

I may cut tonights protein shake and have it tomorrow afternoon.
Can I supplement in a shake If I am hungry during the afternoon?

    All in all going well.

Last night I got good ammount of sleep, but sometimes was broken. I woke up dripping in sweat and actually had to remove t-shirt, pee and try sleep again. this is not that common for me, so hope it is motabolism.

I woke up so lean today which was nice.
I went and did some cardio today, and guess what, 15 minutes running, no cramps, heaviness, bouncing belly. All I got was plenty of sweating, good concentration and motivation, and the weirdest thing happened, I got a keto diet type taste in my mouth. So hope that was fat burning or something.

shannon guy this is beginning to look like a Food Log and they aren't allowed here. Discuss the Diet principals by all means but don't log all of your food intake.

It might be good if you began by explaining the whole concept of what the diet actually IS in your original post. I gather that you pretty much eat nothing all day and then stuff yourself silly in the evening???

The purpose of my thread was to discuss it with others who are on it, or who wantt the ebook to read. I dont want to have to go throught the whole thing.

I will gladly send on the book if you like.

Hardly difficult though, I summed it up in a single line (or what it appears to be to me). As the discussion you were aiming for didn't really seem to be happening I just think that might have helped.

In a small way you summed it it, kind of :)
But all I wanted was discussion with experienced users. If there is none here, then the conversation will change direction.

Have you experience with the diet / lifestyle? Any info you have would helo to get things underway for the conversation direction you mentioned.

I have emailed the ebook on to quite a few people now so I hope they enjoy the read and report back :)
