    hi all, please help me, my sister,s laptop will not start.
    there is no recovery disc .....
    Sony Vaio , vista , model vgn-ns10e

    the error message i am getting is

    windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change bla bla ...
    1. insert windows CD
    2 choose language
    3 Click on Repair computer

    If you do not have a CD contact manufacturer etc .....

    info: an error occured while attempting to read the boot configuration data.

    There was only paddy power poker installed and then laptop was turned off, then i turned it back on the next day and i got this error message can any one help me fix it
