    Anyone know what exercise are best for my smoked out lungs?
    I quit smoking 7 weeks ago but still find exercising tough on the lungs.I smoked for 14 years but im not over weight,any energy advising exercises would be much appriciated smile.gif

    Nothing specifically, you just need to build up slowly over time in everything you do. Follow a good program and oyu'll adapt and see results quickly!

    Well done on quitting, you will reap the rewards so keep it going! For me, I started slowly with a routine of brisk walks every second day. I then started the Couch to 5k which is a perfect programme for an ex smoker (download the app or podcast). The pace and timing was certainly perfect for me. Good luck and good health!
