    Suarez starts!

Weird, seeing as he was rested for most of the Arsenal game.

Ex-United youth striker I believe. Had high hopes for him at one stage. Maybe it was the exotic name more than his skill.:pac:

That's a dangerous team. We should have Poulsen in there to combat the threat from the likes of Archibald-Henville - a midfield dynamo!

That's right, we should remember the 0-0 draw in Old Trafford a few years ago.

Anyhow, Northampton bears no reflection on this game. Different squad, better team, better manager, whole different vibe about LFC nowadays.

All huff and puff at the minute. Flanagan and Robinson look very assured.

    Henderson's crossing has been poor.

Henderson may not do anything too hectic with the ball, but he is unbelievably composed and rarely puts a pass astray.

Meireles is playing just off Suarez, looking lively.

Bloody hell, with the new goatee I thought it was Rafa next to Kenny not Steve Clarke.

Looked like a nothing challenge, but Meireles off and Carroll on now

I think Raul wanted to play on but medics said no, so could be more precautionary.

    Good opportunity for Carroll now.

Why would Exeter fans boo him apart form his bad ponytail?

    Class finish from Luis!

Not quite, his poor touch caused the ball to run ahead of him.
