Awesome. Somewhere out there, a guy called Inzer is smiling.

See Donnie's new record squat? He just broke the 3000lbs total. Controversial .

Strong assistance by the spotter on the last squat.

What happens if you start squating in the split position? legs just flat on the floor? The squatting in them vids was some joke, legs extremely far apart and when their gut touches their scrotum they go back up. I think I could be able to throw up some serious weight with those quarter squats though :D ego booster extraordinaire

    This however is seriously legit.

I love the ROM of some of these guys, especially considering powerlifting fans are probably the main opponents of partial squats on weightlifting forums.

    That's not powerlifting.

LOL my bad then, I thought ''Southern Powerlifting Federation'' indicated that these guys were powerlifters

I'm starting the Dublin Training Federation for Powerlifters and saying we don't have to touch our benches, break parallel on squats or pull deadlifts off the floor. Doesn't make it powerlifting. Does make me DTF tho.

I'm in! I reckon I can total over 3000 pounds at the first meeting.

I'm going to introduce style points as well. Depending on how elaborate your psyche up routine is, your total is enhanced by a multiplier.

Thinks of it as what WWE is to real wrestling.

I'm in. But I'm not going to lift, I'm just going for the fashion.

I'm putting the house on Daz then.

I'm bagsying the Technoviking psyche up routine. Just going to point at everyone, dance, then touch the bar.

Just give me the WRs for that alone.

Look all I'm saying is that if you're a member of Raw, you've a better chance of winning if train with these guys http://www.facebook.com/pages/Move-Dance-Fitness/100222070079827 than in the weight room!!

As for Daz, I said style points, not noise points :p

Have to laugh at how low the safety straps are (the ones to catch the bar if a lifter dumps). Like anyone in the SPF can even comprehend the bar ever being near that low while on their back.

I bet SPF lifters take a crap while hovering 6 inches above the bowl and if anyone ever asked why they don't just sit on the toilet they'd be all like

"I am sitting on the toilet you wouldn't even be able to flush a toilet as heavy as this one damn hater!"

    ....imagine the mess that makes.

I think I'd probably rather watch them lift.

I'm thinking of having a midget slap me around the chops with a large salmon while screaming "YOU THE MAN". For extra effect the salmon could shot chalk out it's mouth every time I get a slap. There is the option of painting the midget bright orange as well of course.

    Thoughts?

    Maybe in the "equipped" division.

I had assumed everyone in this fed would be sporting multiply gear, including the midget and the salmon.
