question about free CM 01/02 download

just after downloading CM 01/02 for free, was wondering what kind of disc I need to burn it onto? I'm a bit thick when it comes to this whole +R and -R thing

it shouldnt matter at all as long as your drive can read it

how do you do that?

btw, I already burnt it onto a disc, but when I installed the game and went to play it (ie START NEW GAME option) keeps saying "not enough available system to create the game. free up some memory and try again"
