2nd Year History

    Does anyone have any info on the courses for 2nd year history?
    We only have the timetable for first semester, and I don't know whether to do my Colloquium in first semester or not.
    The options for first sem are:
    *Land wars in Ireland, 1879-1920
    *Ireland in the 1950s
    *Irish Ideologies & Activists, 1905-1916
    *The American Civil War:
    Causes and Developments

    Now I'd only really be thinking the civil war or ireland in the 1950's - anyone know if they're any good? And what is the work load for them also?

    they are going to put up information of all of the modules soon so you'll be able to find out what each module involves.

    Do you know when? Because we have to register for our modules on like wednesday....

    i dont think you register the history modules. they said that the department have their own system. we register history modules with them when they put it up and then they forward it on to the registration department. it was in the email they sent out the last day.
    i think they give you the first week to see if you like the modules anyway so dont worry about picking them straight away.
