Hi guys, I want to freshen up my workout regime and was looking on the internet about this HITT Workout, could you someone if possible post up a sample routine for me?
I don't really like doing treadmill but don't mind the bike.
    Cheers.

Well I do this on the treadmill, 5 min warm-up jog, then 30 secs full speed followed by 60 sec slow jog, repeat until cant do anymore which is usually 7 to 8 sets. Its all about what you wanna do yourself, pick your own intervals

Can you incorporate this routine into weights/ press up squats?

Just do it after your weights workout 1-2x per week.

You could do something simple like just placing a weight or anything really and just jumping from side to side between sets.

HIIT is only a smal element of a routine, it doesn't take that long, maybe 15mins.
The hard part is 20-60secs balls to the wall sprinting or cycling, flat out.
The easy part is 40-120secs recovery, you should be forced to slow to a craw to recover in time for the next interval.

If you can go for much longer than 15 mins, then you aren't going hard enough

That's not remotely anything like HIIT
and, mio, all you are doing to ruining your recovery between sets
