1st years campus acceptance date?

What day do we find out if we've got campus and when do we have to have the offer accepted?

The website says accommodation places are offered on Wednesday, 24th. I don't know how soon you have to accept though.

I never booked Campus accommodation in time,

is there any point trying now, is case of cancellations, or should I just go for somewhere else ?

There is a way to tell by looking at the numbers, there was a thread this time last year where people got their numbers, find it and look at what people said

Actually going to have a look myself to know for tomorow if i get accepted..

Ok maybe they're not doing it like that this year, I have no idea, I remember stumbling across a thread where people were discussing getting accpepted to campus,

They had room numbers like for example VG121 for larkfield, and v180 for Hampstead.

Maybe it's being done differently this year though :eek:

If you got over 500 points you're going to get Hampstead if you have it down first I'd imagine? If you've Larkfield down first then I'd say you have that.

Generally all 500 people seem to get what they want At least from what friends say. :pac:

See there's our first problem. I applied to both in two separate applications. To be honest, I'd take either but I'd prefer Larkfield. Just wait and see I guess :pac: :eek:

Purely cos it's all first years. I don't wanna be surrounded by third years.

Nothing wrong with them (ye) but I'd just prefer to be surrounded by people my own age.

Just remember, a lot of new people in college don't take it seriously so be sure not to get distracted by them. I personally wouldn't take Larkfield as there are plenty of places to go to meet up with first years.

( I am not putting down all first years, i am merely saying that there are a lot of them who just party all day and night and don't realise that there is actually work to be done in college . . . . . . . . . unless you're doing arts, in that case you may fail if you don't party all day*. )

It's tiny. They can't be safe.

Plus, there is a tale going around that there is a very very very strong radioactive source buried around Larkfield.
