Hi, I'm an 18 year old guy shortly going into college. Basically I want to lose weight and tone up as I have a BMI of 25....I was hoping that somebody could post a fitness regime to suit a non-gym workout with minimal equipment, i.e dumbells, and one that would have me super fit by Christmas! Please, please, please! Dietary tips also welcome but nothing too excessive or expensive!

Hi since no one has given any feedback I will try and give you some tips that a novice like me knows :). You need to look at your diet (does it include junk food/ healthy food)

There are plenty of healthy diets out there on the net ( to tone up you should be looking at things like meat, chicken, protein etc eggs etc) You can make the diet yourself to suit your body.

In terms of training (that depends on your level of fitness) Kilkee has lovely running areas including around the town and the beach itself.

Running three times a week and weights twice a week
I'm sorry I haven't given any real regime/ plan, these are just the basics you should know before getting a plan made to suit your workout :)

My dad was up in Kilkee today and he said the weather was good :)

A Little more info would help.Have you ever played sports or worked out in any way in the past?Maybe post up an average days diet.

Thanks Tubs and Tiles, ah yeah Kilkee's some spot!

Eh ya I was playing football until recently and basketball as well....but now it's off season in the basketball so it's hard to stay trim without a 'set' plan.
My diet would consist of Breakfast: weetabix/ toast
    Lunch: Sandwich
Dinner: potatoes, green veg, beef, steak, cod or chicken/ pasta(mainly bolognase)
However alot of snacks are consumed as well, biscuits, cake, kebabs etc...
