In Galway during Christmas I pulled up to a similar LHD Merc on Irish plates which had 4 exhausts but it was an 08.
Judging by the writing around the number plate and the gentleman driving it I believe it was a German import.

I don't know where they are made. I have seen Renault Sanderos in some countries so maybe they are made in France. To be honest that sticker shouldn't be on any car ever.

Special Circumstances

I don't have a problem with dacias really, each to their own, but that is one of the most cringe worthy car/sticker combos I've ever seen.
