A friend of mine died yesterday. He has two small kids. Wtf world?? :(

    Hope you're alright Sarah. :(

Things like this are amplified so much at this time of year. One of my family's close friends was diagnosed with inoperable cancer two weeks ago, then last week one of my cousin's three year old daughter was diagnosed with a rare conditions which means in about a years time she'll be in a wheelchair for the rest of her life. All just seems so much more FUBAR so close to Christmas. :(

My family are actually the worst at this whole Christmas presents thing. I feel like I'm buying everyone presents to be from someone else, and I haven't been paid back yet. I thought it was all sorted then my mum rings me asking me to get a present of one of my brothers and my uncle, had to tell her I had no money left and she gave out to me! Says I should be more careful with my spending. It's four days before Christmas, I had to pay off the last installment of college fees, I don't have a job and I've bought loads of present on her behave! Of course I have no money left.
    Eurgh

Now I have to try and think what presents I could buy my brother in our home town.

You know i had this genius idea that i already had a NETGEAR router was like i need a new router, my NETGEAR one works awesome unlike my eircom one why not get another NETGEAR so that both will play nice together no messing. How god dam wrong was I. :( Why you make my like so awkward. All i want to do is print off 2 lousy stinkin pieces of paper for a flight and it takes me 2 days to get to the route of the problem grrrrrr! fair nough 20% of the problem is down to the laptop and 15% down to software which i dont understand why its giving me such a hard time?

All i want is a nice easy-wireless-connection-hassle-free-internet-home-networking-zone! Is that too much to ask for? I try and give life and nothing gives a crap.

Jeez my nan is so right though. Were spoiled fuppin rotten everything stresses us young wans out. I blame the computer and tv. I was a happy child roaming the fields, climbing tree's pretending i lived in a forest from something out of a movie.

Work was awful. I burnt my arm pretty badly, my boss gave out to us all, it was shít busy, we had a load of extra people show up to a party that weren't meant to then had to make more finger food in the middle of a really busy dinner service.

I also am working Christmas eve, Stephens day, new years eve and day and most in between and have to find time to study somehow. So sick of this stupid job and getting used, after Christmas I'm looking for a new one.

    I fear I'm becoming a grinch.

Could always go back. Just go to the hard drove copy of iTunes move all the songs to music then google iTunes 10 and download from where ever then import from music. we can make life simple when we take it easy. But is 11 really that bad I refuse to update cause it doesn't do multi windows and something else

What issues are you having with it?

If you press CTRL+S, it goes back to what it was like in 10.

And if you're missing a menu option, choose "Show Menu Bar" from the drop down at the top left and you're back to iTunes 10.

Just realised I scheduled my operation for the first week of lectures not the week between exams and lectures. Damn that's what I was trying to avoid.

I'm also starting to get scared about it now that it's sunk in. I haven't had an.operation since I was 4 and that was my tonsils. I know it's only minor but I'm still nervous :(

Operations are always grand in the end! They can be worrying, and you end up thinking of all the things that could feasibly go wrong, but in most cases, you're in the hands of someone, who wouldn't take on the job if they didn't KNOW they could do it!

True and it'll be worth it after. No more jaw locking, huge reduction in headaches and earaches and stuff which will be great. Going the private route too so one of the best in Ireland. God bless health insurance! I just been to stop thinking about it I reckon.

I really don't know whether to go to the effort of going out on Wednesday night or not. Like I have no ID and about an 80% chance of not getting in. And it'd be so sh*t not to. But I'm sick of life being boring and samey. But I'd honestly prefer to just go to the cinema with my friends...but that happens all the time anyway. Ugh QUOI FAIRE.

Really just want to be 18. So badly. The next eight months cannot go by quickly enough. I just hate these dilemmas.

Family party, need to leave in 10. In living room doing makeup, there is a rugby match on the tv. I'm half watching it. My team scores a try. One large line of eyeliner down my face.

Makeup ruined, now I have to do it in the car on my way.

Guaranteed to end up looking like this:

My room-mate isn't talking to me. Some randomers, who I know through friends in College, targeted me during a frape of a lad's page the last day. Basically liked all my photos and put up a status saying "MauraTheThird loves X". Not a big deal you'd think? No, they would have to link the guy X whom I liked, who shifted my room-mate on my bday when I ran away and who she likes too. Not cool. In fairness, they did take it down when I asked but so many of my friends have seen it, I'm embarrased and she won't believe that nothing happened.
    Sound lads.

I'm having the same problem, keep having to go into my past posts to get to forums :(

Also, I don't feel near Christmassy enough for Christmas Eve! But on the plus side I had the vomiting bug all yesterday but I feel grand today so I won't be sick for Christmas again this year :D can't say the same for my sister and my mammy though.

My lesson of the day: not to use the word 'vigilante' in casual conversation with a shop assistant when tongue-tied and tired. You merely emit noise.

I'm so bored I'm researching for my FYP. Why must Christmas Eve always be so boring?
