I have recently started to eat a bit healthier and joined the gym again. Hoping to loose about half a stone and tone up. its all going well so far.

But I am going back to college in two weeks time and want to bring healthy foods with me for lunch. So basically im looking for ideas. At the moment I usually cook food at night to reheat in work but there wont be anywhere to reheat food in college. and I really dont want to slip back into buying food in the canteen again.

    So any ideas welcome :)

Chicken wraps, tuna wraps, little portions of nuts, fruit, roast beef sandwich. Could bring pasta and salad in with you in a lunchbox with some tuna/salmon or cold chicken too. Soup in a flask perhaps.

Have been doing a little brainstorming for myself, so here are some of my ideas:

    Fritatta (with broccoli/salmon/spinach/ham/peppers)
    Brown rice salad
Bean salad (butter beans, kidney beans, chick peas, scallion, tomato, cucumber)
    Potato and tuna salad
Rice/rye crackers/toasted brown pitta and crudites with low fat hummus/guacamole
Tomato salad (tomato, garlic, basil) on rye bread
    Yoghurt & fruit
    Fruit smoothie in a flask
    Fruit salad
    Hard boiled egg
    Home made wholegrain pizza
    Wholemeal quiche
    Chicken and avocado salad
    Muesli
    Chicken/fish dippers
    Chicken wrapped in Parma ham
