    Guys,
    Just looking for some constructive criticism on my current workout. All advice is greatly welcome.
    I've recently just back to playing rugby and working on building on my strength and trying to lose the flabby bits.
    Every set i do, i increase the weight from previous rep.

    Monday - Chest & Back (superset)

    DB Press 5 x 4
    chin ups 5x4

    Incline DB press 4 x 6
    Bent over row 4 x 6

    chest flys 3 x 10
    bench pullover 3 x 10

    Bicep curls 5 x 5

    core

    Tuesday - 40 mins HIT Cardio & 20 mins LIT

    wednesday - Legs

    Deadlift - 6,6,5,4,3

    Reverse hack squat - 3x8

    hamstring curls 4x6

    standing calf raise 5x5

    core

    Thursday - Cardio 40 mins HIT & 20 mins LIT

    Friday - Shoulders & Triceps

    Shoulder press - 4x6

    BB Shrugs - 4x6

    Upright row - 3x8

    Reverse chest flys 3x8

    core

    saturday - Thursday - Cardio 40 mins HIT & 20 mins LIT
