No generally agreed upon tier lists yet, they take months to form, there probably never will be one for Vanilla MvC3 now. There's actually some good characters in there imo (X-23, Jill, Iron Man, maybe Spider-Man).

On closer inspection, two of these characters are not pickable, so yeah, totally boned.

First two, i'm not sure about, Thor has massive health and damage but is a bit clunky and Captain America I only really know from doyler, but the other 3 are pretty nasty..

C.viper and Haggar have got to be worse than those..

Those guys are all bad. Viper is brilliant and Haggar has one of the best assists in the game.

edit: Maybe X23 isn't bad.

I'll throw my name in to get things going. I really should play more anyway.

I agree that X-23 isn't bad, she's just really hard to use. She works as a great battery if you can do her feint loop combos. But she does suffer from low health and there is just better characters that do what she can do better. A lot of the people in that list suffer from that problem.
