Squat core assistance exercises

    Sorry for the long title,

I've started stalling on my squat recently, as in for over a month, and its mainly my core and upper back that just can't handle the weight!! Its driving me insane cause I know my hips can drive more weight but my core just won't allow it! Does anyone have any suggestions for exercises that can help get my core up to speed?

My current PR is 140kg for one rep at a body-weight of 80kg and bodyfat 12%. I'm afraid to try for anymore reps as I can feel my core failing on me and my arch going.
