[Free Seminar] Denise Offerman of the Cyprus Weightlifting Association

    Weightlifting Ireland is delighted to announce that on Saturday 20th August Denise Offerman will be giving a free seminar in East Coast Barbell about her experiences as an IWF referee and coach (Denise is an active lifter and member of the Cyprus Weightlifting Association. Denise will be talking about:

    * Olympic Weightlifting experienced from the other side of the platform as a Referee/Jury.

    * Positive motivation through goal setting, visualization.

    * When you can not train, you can still train in your mind…with great results.

    Places are limited so if anyone is interested in attending just let me know.

    Hi G'em,

    I'd be interested in attending. Saturday will probably be my first day back training in a while anyway.
