I reckon there'll be some audible chants about Gary Neville this evening. :pac:

    Go away Gary Neville!

Both play 4-2-3-1, rather than 4-3-3

Neville's a very good pundit IMO, he'll be top notch when he gets some more experience. I don't think Jack Colback will say the same though as he's been called John Colback all night :pac:

Anyway, should be a comfortable 2 or 3 goal win for Manchester City.

Yes, Sky should send him out on loan!

6-0, 3 each for Silva & Dzeko..each assisting each other. Rescuing my FF team from a disaster!

Really, say 2-0 City after a goalless 1st half.

Anyone else cop Gary Neville saying "absolutely" about 400 times since coverage started?

Not a bad pundit in fairness to him though!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,832 ✭✭✭✭Blatter

Starting both Barry and De Jong in a home game against Swansea is just ridiculous imo

No, if he's working in mainstream broadcasting he'll just trot out the usual superficial cliched nonsense.

Well, he's been very listenable so far so hopefully that won't happen:)

Any sources on when aguero will be starting?

i doubt mancini will play aguero with tevez. How do they do when playing together for argentina?

Swansea doing very well after a dodgy start.

Swansea playing well enough so far.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,710 ✭✭✭✭Paully D

Surely this is the season in which Richards replaces Johnson as first choice England RB? He's much better IMO.

Enjoying Swansea so far, playing some nice stuff. City a bit out of it.

Uninspiring stuff so far. Bring come down from last night!

Caulker = future Spurs captain. Outstanding player, keep an eye on him.

I'm just suprised at how much possession Swansea are getting in this game so far.

Clichy's already put in two good crosses. That's two more than he ever did for Arsenal.

    off the crossbar again

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,208 ✭✭✭Cypher_sounds

Swansea with nearly 60% possession, Vorm has had an outstanding half between the sticks.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,239 ✭✭✭KittyeeTrix

Vorm and the crossbar..... Lethal combination:D

  • Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 6,798 ✭✭✭karma_

Seriously, what does it take for the ball to go in?

Poor enough start from City, but got better and were much the better team when settled.

    It's easy, one's blue, one's white.

Good point actually, it's Swansea like, at home and we are playing Barry and De Jong. Get Barry off, have no idea what Mancini sees in him.

He just has to take Barry off & bring on one of the 2 lads.

Haha, I thought it was difficult to tell them apart as well until I adjusted the colour on the TV...:)
