Molder could be decent shout...reckon he will win by end of year even after disappointing week or two.

Bud Cauley price could be huge too if its around what it is in exchanges...

will wait to see what prices bookies do before jumping in though..

atwal last year done me at the american course..anyone remember his approach to the last?

he hit it long to ensure he hit the grandstand just off the back and got a free drop..it was a shrewd play out of him..

the czech course was boring last year.

ya if remember correctly the Czech Open last year was last chance for some players to make Ryder Cup team and agree it seemed pretty average.

only decent player there is jimenez as he designed it alot of complaints from sky commentators last year it was 3 tier greens

Could see another big winner this week..

be honest I surprised I went for simpson at his price too he little bit more realistic on BF then bookies anyway but I just think he only months within winning on tour

Wyndham Championship

One pick for me in this:
Cameron Tringale Win/Place

Been following him the last couple of weeks and im happy to have another go with him again. Ranked 16th for total birdies on the PGA which should benefit him on a course where low scores are going to be shot. Been getting closer and closer the last few weeks, although he missed the cut last week, i feel he will do much better here.

US -

Simpson @ 20/1
Kim @ 40/1

Euro -

Finch @ 33/1

• Closed Accounts Posts: 2,683 ✭✭✭heavyballs

leaving Euro alone,

In the U.S Webb is an obvious choice, you would also expect Glover to be up there again but i'll take a punt on Ben Crane@55/1 6 places

Just backed rumford e/w 100/1 as his magic short game may suit this track

Leonard at 180 Riley at 130 and Gillis at 320 are 3 outsiders i like for the Wyndham, small stakes and i believe there is a decent chance that at least 2 of the 3 will trade much lower a provide an opportunity to make a profit.

i also think simpson will win sooner rather then later..he has a very good game..some amount of talent after breaking through this year and holding their own..gary woodland is probably my favourite out of the lot.the old guard are slowly stepping aside..els and even big phil hold no fear for the new kids and the wins this year back that up.

2 bucks on lucas glover @40/1

Ya agree and I think its great for the game that so many are coming through. I am big fan of Woodland too. I backed him last week and it wont be last time either..

It's a young mans game more and more, but Darren Clarke win proves they still not being removed that easy.

Was at the Irish Open for day this year and even though was poor field by competition standards the quality of even those players is really impressive.

to be at top now you really have be special.

More I see that price the more I like it.

Going stick with my own but he could be great value come Sunday.

Added Willis at 130 my final selection and will wait for tournament to start before laying.

well i still think the Goose is still overpriced @30/1 when you consider Furyk is at the same score but is 12/1,i don't know what to do now,if i hadn't backed Retief i would be all over Jim the way he's playing tee to green

Saw the highlights. Very impressive half a dozen holes at the end there in round 3. Was on fire. Fingers crossed he closes this one out. He's played some terrific stuff this year, namely the summer from what I've see at times.

Layed off a bit to make a profit at evens on Simpson still want him to win and he still make me few quid but with him going for his first win taught had to lay some of him so far.

One good things on his side is that the few around him would not give me great fear although that could change tonight

hes at a nice price to lock in profit Kew.

i had been on petterson most of the year..and hes one who is capable of going low..his trouble was he was never able to string four consistent rounds togther..will be intresting to see how simpson reacts 2nite..hopefully he can get the job done for yee lads.

also on petterson at 8.8 and at 2.06 in the top five market done
about an hour ago

had to lay simpson at 2.06 also
seems way too short and looks a great laying opportunity

i thought his price was wrong myself..he went 1.97 before he teed of..i layed at evens but backed again at 2.6..always worth laying the leader at evens or sub evens..they usually trade higher.

after his drive on the first i was tempted to go in again at around 2.5 but
ill hold out for the time being
he certainly won't be making it easy for his backers that's for sure

nice birdie would settle him down relax him..... that was close 10 inches to hole so another par at least his putting is ok knocked a 25 footer to 7 inches so hopefully he has settled
